From 1st Class Maths, we have Key Topics for Paper 2; the more stars 1st Class Maths gives, the more likely he believes it could appear in Paper 2. Such lists do not guarantee which topics will appear, but as 1st Class Maths has said, they could help with decisions about which topics to prioritise for revision. Remember, though, that whilst boards aim to provide good syllabus coverage over the three papers, topics can appear again, perhaps in a different context, perhaps in a multi-step calculation on a calculator paper.
